Shipping in India

  • We deliver in almost every part of India (subject to confirmation from courier vendor).
  • Prepaid orders: Free shipping.
  • COD orders: ₹149 shipping charges apply.
  • We can process only one shipping address per order, hence if you would like to ship products to multiple addresses then you are required to place separate orders.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.
  • Please be advised, that we do not offer express delivery.
  • By placing the order from Vogzy.com website you authorize our logistics partner to get in touch with you for any concern regarding their services.

Estimated time

It takes approx. 3 - 7 working days (Ready Fabrics) & 15-20 working days (Make to order) to deliver your product at your doorstep. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to Bad weather, Flight delays, Political disruptions, Other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Outside India

  • International order takes up to 10 - 15 working days to be delivered.
  • Although we strive hard to deliver the orders in the given turnaround time however there could be rare instances wherein the order could get delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • For products that require separate shipping charges, shall be indicated in the product detail page and while the order is being placed.
  • We can process only one shipping address per order, hence if you would like to ship products to multiple addresses then you are required to place separate orders.
  • All the taxes and duties for international orders will be borne by the customers.
  • Amount mentioned on the payment page will be the final amount.
  • Prices are inclusive of all charges and taxes (T&C apply).
  • Delivery of an order shall be completed when the goods are delivered to the address you give us.
  • The delivery days mentioned are approximate only. Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control.

  • Customs once applied shall be borne by the customer whatsoever. For return of an international order, the amount of the customs applied will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following:

  • Lack of authorization for any transaction/s.
  • Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your banks.
  • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction.
  • Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

  • COD is applicable on a minimum bill value of Rs. 499 and maximum of Rs. 10000 only.
  • Pin code provided for COD should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
  • You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  • If the package is open, torn or tampered at the time of delivery, then do not accept the order.
  • No credit/debit cards are accepted in COD.
  • COD charges will be applicable for sale products.
  • COD is not applicable on international orders.
